The penthouse project with a total area of ​​600 sq. m. was implemented in 2025 in Kyiv by the United Architects studio, architect and project manager Oleksiy Shadyrya, chief designer Iryna Hrynyk, technical part of the drawings Anastasia Shatkivska.

The design of the penthouse combines minimalist aesthetics and modern classics, emphasizing functionality and the use of natural textures and materials. Built-in furniture and a variety of surface finishes form a single architectural concept of the space.

The multi-level penthouse is a space with smooth transitions between common and private areas on four levels and ends with an open terrace with a spectacular panorama of the entire city.

The combination of natural materials, modern technologies and aesthetics makes this interior a unique example of the harmony of form and functionality. Every detail, from furniture to lighting, works together to create a feeling of comfort, elegance and sophistication that meets the highest standards of modern design.
