Starting our journey as a part of Dragon Capital in the development business, we gradually formed our own vision of contemporary design. This vision is reflected in the landmark projects we have worked on in Kyiv – Obolon Residences, Obolon Plaza, Green Hills and Riviera Villas cottage communities. Already as a separate studio United Architects, we have completed more than 300 projects of varying complexity for private clients and legal entities. This experience and professionalism allows us to understand our clients from the word go in order to offer solutions that are relevant at all times, with attention to the customer’s needs and unique features.

As a benchmark for quality and technological solutions, we have chosen new developments in the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. By adopting their experience through communication with foreign architects, designers and consultants, we have created show homes and show apartments to demonstrate interiors that clearly reflect our own understanding of style. Our specialists have developed cottage complexes, hotel complexes, and apartment interiors not only in Ukraine, but also in the USA, Portugal, England, Thailand, and Azerbaijan.
